iShoot specializes in high-fidelity, automated photography. All final products generated through our platform are 100% digital assets. Upon completion of a session or transaction, these files are delivered electronically and immediately to your designated account or email.
The Policy
Because our products are digital goods that cannot be "returned" in a physical sense, we do not offer standard refunds once the files have been delivered or downloaded. The initiation of the download or transfer process constitutes final delivery.
Technical Anomalies
We stand by the technical excellence of our automated systems. If a verifiable system failure occurs that results in corrupt files, undelivered assets after payment, or gross deviations from our promised resolution specifications, a review will be initiated. Such claims must be submitted within 48 hours of the session.
