Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using our automated photography platform. Last updated: January 2026.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the iShoot platform and facilities, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.
These terms govern your use of our automated photography studios, digital asset management dashboard, and all related services provided by iShoot.
2. Description of Services
iShoot provides professional-grade, automated photography solutions designed for technical excellence and speed. Our services result in 100% digital products.
We do not provide physical prints or physical media delivery. All outputs from our sessions are high-fidelity digital files generated directly from our technical infrastructure.
3. Digital Delivery
Upon successful transaction and completion of a shooting session, your digital assets will be processed through our automated pipeline.
Delivery is executed exclusively via:
- Secure download links sent to your registered email address.
- Direct access through your authenticated iShoot client dashboard.
Access links and dashboard availability are guaranteed for 30 days post-session, after which files may be archived or removed from active storage to maintain system performance.
4. Use of our Machines
Our studios are equipped with specialized hardware to ensure technical excellence in automated photography. Clients must adhere to the following guidelines when interacting with the machinery:
Operational Protocol
Only authorized iShoot employees are permitted to operate the machines, modify any settings, or capture photos/videos. Clients must not touch the equipment—including iPad interfaces, lighting rigs, or camera mounts—under any circumstances. Violation of this protocol may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon full payment of all associated fees, the client retains full copyright and intellectual property rights to the final digital images produced during their session.
iShoot claims no ownership over the resulting photographic assets. However, iShoot retains all intellectual property rights to the underlying technology, automated processes, lighting configurations, and software interfaces used to generate the images.
